What file formats do I need to submit my floor plan? We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF files. For best results, please ensure your file is clear and legible.
What size or resolution should my floor plan be? No requirement, as long as we can see the floorplan clearly.
Can I include furniture or just the layout? You can submit just the bare floor plan layout - our AI will generate a furnished preview for you to approve before engraving begins.
How does the AI-generated furniture engraving work? Once we receive your floor plan, our AI places furniture into each room based on its dimensions and function. You'll receive a digital preview to review and approve before we proceed to engraving.
Can I change the style or type of furniture shown? Yes - you can reupload your file for our AI to re-generate the furnitures.
How many revision rounds do I get? Unlimited - you can have unlimited revision rounds before you checkout.
How long does production take after I submit my floor plan? Please allow 10 business days from preview approval to delivery. Rush options may be available - contact us to enquire at myhausframes@gmail.com
What wood materials and finishes are available? Our frames are crafted from premium pine wood with a natural finish, built to last indefinitely.
What sizes can I order? We offer only 1 size.
Do you ship internationally? Yes (rates defer), we ship worldwide.
Will I get a digital preview before it's engraved? Absolutely. No engraving begins until you've reviewed and approved your AI-generated preview before you checkout.
What if I'm not happy with the AI-generated design? You have unlimited retries to find the design you like. We'll work with you to get it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Is the engraving permanent and durable? Yes. Laser engraving is permanent and resistant to fading, making it a lasting keepsake or display piece.
My floor plan is hand-drawn. Can you still use it? Yes! As long as the drawing is clear and the room boundaries are visible, we can work with hand-drawn plans. Do make it a JPG/PNG file though.
Can I submit an architect's blueprint or CAD file? Yes, we accept PDF exports from CAD software. Please ensure all layers are visible and the scale is indicated.
What if my floor plan has multiple levels? Our current product do not cater to multiple levels. Hint: It will be coming soon!
