Shipping Policy
Every HausFrames order is carefully packed. We ship worldwide, Monday to Friday - orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the following business day.
Processing & Dispatch
All HausFrames are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
We dispatch Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or Public holidays will begin production on the next working business day.
Because every frame is made to order, we are only able to accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us at myhausframes@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make any amendments.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Asia: 5-15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5-15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10-15 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–15 business days
- Rest of World: 5-15 business days
These are carrier estimates. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please reach out to us at myhausframes@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that delays caused by customs or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you haven't received this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at myhausframes@gmail.com
We take great care in packaging every frame, but if your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at myhausframes@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
International Orders
Yes - we ship to customers around the world. Estimated delivery times for your country will be calculated at checkout.
Unlikely; International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
If a package is refused or abandoned at customs, it may be returned to us at the customer's expense, or it may be destroyed by the customs authority. In the event of a return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund issued. We strongly advise resolving any customs queries directly with your local authority to avoid this situation.
Returns
As all HausFrames products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns. Each frame is uniquely crafted based on the specifications you provide at the time of purchase, which means it cannot be resold or reused.
We encourage you to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase. If you have any questions about your order prior to placing it, please reach out to us at myhausframes@gmail.com - we're happy to help.
We only accept returns in the event that your order arrives damaged or defective due to a fault on our end. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will make it right.
Refunds
Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at myhausframes@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. We are committed to ensuring every customer has a positive experience and will do our best to reach a fair resolution.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
